Main Ingredients

  • 500g Pork Neck
  • A few King Oyster Mushrooms (or similar)

Marinade

  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Syrup (or finely grated ginger)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Plum Extract (Maesil Extract)
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine (or Mirin/Sake)

Cooking Instructions

First, thoroughly pat dry any excess moisture from the pork neck slices using paper towels. Removing the moisture helps achieve a cleaner taste without any gamey odor. Place the prepared pork neck in a bowl. Add all the marinade ingredients (4 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Syrup, 1/2 Tbsp Plum Extract, 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine) and mix well by massaging the meat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for a deeper flavor infusion.

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork neck slices to the pan and begin grilling. Listen to that satisfying sizzle – it’s the sound of deliciousness cooking! Flip the meat occasionally to ensure even browning and prevent sticking.
