Juice Ingredients
- 1 fresh apple
- 1 crisp carrot
- 1-3 Tbsp honey (can be substituted with oligosaccharide, sugar, allulose, stevia, etc.)
- 0.5-1 Tbsp lemon juice (to taste)
- 120ml water
- Ice cubes, as needed (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly wash the apple and carrot under running water. You can choose to leave the peels on or remove them, depending on your preference.
