Main Ingredients- 1 block Tofu (approx. 250g)
- 1 Tbsp Perilla Oil
Hallabong Marmalade Sauce- 1 Tbsp Hallabong Marmalade
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 Tbsp Green Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- Pinch of Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp Hallabong Marmalade
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 Tbsp Green Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- Pinch of Ginger Powder
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly pat the tofu dry with paper towels. This step helps prevent the tofu from breaking apart and ensures it gets a crispier sear.

Now, let’s make the delicious sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of sweet Hallabong marmalade to a pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for added umami flavor.

If you prefer a bit of spice, add 1/2 tablespoon of gochugaru. (Adjust to your spice preference).
