Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for your delicious chicken fried rice. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and finely dice the vegetables. This preparation step will make the cooking process much quicker and smoother.

Heat 1 tablespoon of garlic-ginger oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook, flipping occasionally, until it’s golden brown on both sides and cooked through. This step helps to remove any gamey odor from the chicken, resulting in a cleaner, more pleasant flavor for your fried rice.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan along with the prepared green pepper, potato, onion, carrot, and yellow bell pepper.
