Main Ingredients- Frozen shrimp (as much as you like)
- Tofu noodles 1 package (approx. 200g)
- Eggs 2
- Unsalted butter 1 Tbsp
- Scallion or onion 1/4 (about 1 handful)
Seasoning- Soy sauce 3 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 3 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tbsp
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the frozen shrimp and cook until they turn pink and slightly golden. When the shrimp are almost cooked through, add thinly sliced scallions or chopped onion and sauté together until fragrant. Cook until the vegetables become translucent.
Step 2
Once the shrimp and vegetables are well sautéed, add all the seasoning ingredients: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir well to combine. Sauté quickly over medium-low heat to prevent the sauce from burning, creating a delicious glaze.
Step 3
Now it’s time for the tofu noodles. Lightly rinse the tofu noodles under running water and add them to the pan. Gently stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the sauce. Once the tofu noodles are heated through and well-coated with the sauce, your pasta is almost ready. For an extra touch, you can pour 2 beaten eggs around the edges of the pan and let them cook, or scramble them directly into the pasta for a richer dish.
