  • Soy Sauce 1.5 Tbsp
  • Fine Gochugaru (Korean Chili Powder) 1/2 Tbsp
  • Oligodang (Corn Syrup) 1.5 Tbsp (sweetness adjustable)
  • Mirin (or Cheongju) 3 Tbsp
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Kimchi Brine 1 ladle (for broth)

Cooking Instructions

Cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces (about 2-3 cm). Lightly grease a pan, add the pork neck, and cook over medium heat until nicely browned. Once the pork is somewhat cooked, add 2 Tbsp of mirin and stir-fry together to remove any gamey smell and enhance the flavor.
