  • Cooking Time : Within 30 minutes
  • Difficulty : Anyone

Basic Ingredients

  • 2 Tortillas (8-inch recommended)
  • Mozzarella cheese (generous amount, to taste)
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Store-bought tomato sauce (pasta sauce can also be used)
  • 1 can Tuna or Salmon (drained)
  • Mixed greens (lettuce, baby spinach, etc.)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare two 8-inch tortillas. Using generously sized tortillas will result in a more satisfying pizza.

Step 1

Step 2

Spread a layer of store-bought tomato sauce evenly over each tortilla. Using pre-made tomato sauce is practical, as you can utilize any leftover sauce from making pasta, avoiding waste. Try to leave a small border around the edge of the tortilla sauce to prevent it from dripping out while baking.

Step 2

Step 3

The more mozzarella cheese you add, the richer the flavor will be. Purchasing a larger package is generally more cost-effective, allowing you to make pizzas more economically. Sprinkle generously and prepare with the joyful anticipation of melted cheese!

Step 3

Step 4

If you don’t have bacon or ham, which are common pizza toppings, try using canned salmon! It adds a unique flavor and a touch of sophistication. Be sure to drain the oil from the canned salmon before adding it. If you forget to drain the oil, the pizza might turn out a bit greasy, so be mindful of this step.

Step 4

Step 5

This recipe is so simple, it almost feels strange to explain it in detail! However, I’ll break it down with my personal tips so that anyone can follow along easily and enjoy a delicious result. Even beginner cooks can make this with confidence.

Step 5

Step 6

Now, it’s time to create the two different flavors! On one tortilla, arrange thinly sliced banana pieces attractively. On the other tortilla, tear the cheddar cheese slices into bite-sized pieces and place them. Finally, sprinkle a generous additional layer of mozzarella cheese over both pizzas to enhance their richness.

Step 6

Step 7

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and bake the prepared tortilla pizzas for about 10 minutes. Afterward, move the pizzas to the top rack of the oven, increase the temperature to 250°C (480°F), and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes. This will give the crust a delicious golden-brown color and enhance the pizza’s characteristic flavor. A slightly charred finish is a key element of this recipe!

Step 7

Step 8

Do the edges of the pizza look a little charred? My son actually asked, ‘Mom, didn’t you burn it?’ But this is part of my ‘culinary world’! I proudly explained that I intentionally baked it this way to achieve a crispy and savory flavor – it’s my signature style. Enjoy creating your own delicious pizzas in your unique style!
