For the Sweet & Creamy Hazelnut Cream- 60g heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 10g hazelnut syrup (adjust to taste)

- 110ml cold milk
- 2 shots of espresso (approx. 60ml)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the hazelnut cream. In a bowl, combine 60g of chilled heavy whipping cream with 10g of hazelnut syrup. You can adjust the amount of hazelnut syrup according to your preference for sweetness.

Using a mini whisk or hand mixer, whip the cream gently until it just starts to thicken. It’s important to achieve a smooth, pourable consistency rather than stiff peaks, to ensure a creamy texture. Be careful not to overwhip, which can cause the cream to split.
