Ingredients

  • 450g Animal-based heavy whipping cream
  • 4 shots Espresso (or instant coffee)
  • 30g Monk fruit sweetener (Erythritol is also an option)

Pour the 450g of animal-based heavy whipping cream into a deep bowl to prevent splattering while whipping. Add 30g of monk fruit sweetener (or erythritol) to sweeten it.

Using a mini frother (the small kind used for bulletproof coffee), whip the cream for about 2-3 minutes until it increases in volume by 1.5 to 2 times its original amount. You don’t need to whip it to stiff peaks; it’s ready once the monk fruit sweetener is well dissolved and incorporated into the cream.

Pour the prepared hot coffee into your cup. Then, generously add 110g of the whipped cream on top.
