  • 250g Ground Meat (Beef or Pork)
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Onion (Optional, can be omitted)

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Salt (Coarse or Fine Salt)

First, prepare the ground meat and minced garlic, which are the foundation of your dumpling filling. This amount will make about 10 to 15 dumplings. Finely chopped onion can add extra flavor, but feel free to omit it if you prefer.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil. Add the ground meat and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Begin to stir-fry, breaking up the meat clumps with a spatula.

Once the meat starts to change color, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of coarse salt and a pinch of fine salt for seasoning, and 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper. It’s important to stir continuously to prevent the meat from clumping together.

Continue to cook until the meat is fully cooked through and has turned a savory brown color. Finally, drizzle in 1.5 tablespoons of sesame oil for added aroma and flavor, and mix everything well. Your delicious dumpling filling is now ready!
