Essential Ingredients- 3 soft Morning Rolls
- 60g Scallions (Green Onions)
- 60g Ottogi Garlic Aioli Sauce
- 15g Sugar
- 30g Ottogi Omega-3 Butter
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
- A pinch of Parsley (for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the 60g of scallions thoroughly, pat them dry, and finely chop them into pieces about 2-3mm in size. It’s best not to chop them too thinly to preserve their fragrant aroma.
Step 2
Soften the 30g of Ottogi Omega-3 Butter by leaving it at room temperature for a bit. Then, finely chop the 1 slice of cheddar cheese into small pieces. The butter should be soft for easy mixing with other ingredients.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the chopped scallions, softened butter, finely chopped cheddar cheese, and 15g of sugar. Add the 60g of Ottogi Garlic Aioli Sauce. Mix well with a spatula or spoon until all ingredients are evenly incorporated to create the filling.
Step 4
Carefully make crisscross cuts on the top of each morning roll, dividing it into about 9 sections. Be sure not to cut all the way through to the bottom; cut about 80% deep so the bread doesn’t fall apart. This will allow the delicious sauce to soak in.
Step 5
Generously fill the cuts you made in the bread with the prepared scallion mixture. Using a spoon can make this step easier. You can also lightly spread some sauce on the top surface of the bread for extra flavor.
Step 6
Preheat your air fryer to 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes. Then, place the filled morning rolls inside and bake for 8 minutes. The bread should be golden brown and the sauce melted and bubbly. For a beautiful finish, sprinkle a pinch of dried parsley on top.
