For the Waffle Batter- 150g cake flour
- 100ml milk, at room temperature
- 10g sugar
- 2g salt
- 2g baking powder
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 65g unsalted butter
- A splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Hello everyone! Today, I’m excited to share a recipe for ‘Waffle Pizza’, a creative fusion of everyone’s favorite waffle and pizza! This recipe makes enough for 2 waffles.

First, let’s prepare the waffle batter for our delicious waffle pizza. For a wonderfully tender texture, please have 65g of unsalted butter ready.

Melt the 65g of unsalted butter in the microwave for about 40 seconds, ensuring it’s completely liquid. Allow the melted butter to cool sufficiently before using it.

While the butter is cooling, pour 100ml of milk into a mixing bowl. Make sure the milk is at room temperature (kept out for at least 1 hour) – cold milk can prevent the batter from mixing smoothly.

Add 10g of sugar to the bowl with the milk.

Next, add 2g of salt. Whisk everything together with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Dissolving the sugar ensures a smooth waffle batter.
