Ingredients
- 1 Zespri Green Kiwi
- 150g Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Prepare 1 Zespri Green Kiwi. Wash it thoroughly before you begin.

Carefully peel the skin off the kiwi. Using a paring knife or vegetable peeler makes this easy.

Cut the peeled kiwi into bite-sized pieces or your desired size. This will make it easier to blend and eat. Aim for pieces that offer a pleasant texture when eaten.

In a blender, combine the cut kiwi, 150g of thick plain yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of honey for sweetness. You can substitute maple syrup or agave nectar for honey if preferred.
