Main Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of square fish cake

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp organic sugar
  • 0.5 tsp minced garlic
  • 50ml water

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the square fish cakes by cutting them into bite-sized pieces, about 2cm x 2cm, suitable for a baby. Preheat a Queen medium-sized frying pan, add a little cooking oil, and stir-fry the cut fish cakes over medium heat (Queen Induction setting 7) for 1-2 minutes. This step helps to remove excess oil and gives the fish cakes a chewier texture.

Step 2

Once the fish cakes are lightly fried, add about 0.5 tsp of minced garlic and continue to stir-fry together. The garlic aroma will infuse the fish cakes, adding a wonderful depth of flavor. Be careful not to burn the garlic; stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
