  • 60g Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 Tbsp Onion (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp Carrot (minced)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

First, let’s prepare the acorn jelly batter. Have about 380g of acorn jelly ready.
