- 100g boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat
- 20g carrot
- 20g onion
- 20g zucchini

Step 1
First, carefully check and wash all the ingredients needed for today’s dish. Finely dice the carrot, onion, and zucchini into pieces smaller than bite-sized, making them easy for your baby to eat.

Thoroughly remove all skin and visible fat from the fresh chicken thigh meat. Once prepped, cut the chicken into small, manageable pieces that are easy for your baby to chew and swallow.

It’s time to start cooking! Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp of mild brown rice oil. Brown rice oil is great for babies and helps prevent ingredients from sticking or burning.

Once the pan is adequately hot, carefully add the cut chicken thigh meat. Stir gently occasionally to prevent the chicken from sticking to the bottom of the pan as it cooks.

When the chicken starts to turn golden brown on the outside, add all the prepped vegetables (carrot, onion, zucchini) to the pan. Sauté them together with the chicken until they begin to soften.

As the vegetables become slightly translucent and tender, carefully pour 100ml of water into the pan. This will help create a braising liquid and prevent the ingredients from drying out or burning.

As the liquid begins to reduce, immediately add 1 Tbsp of mild, baby-specific soy sauce. This type of soy sauce has lower sodium content, making it safe for your baby.
