Easy and Simple Kid’s Snack
Ingredients
- 10 chicken nuggets
- 2 Brazil nuts
Sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp oligo syrup
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp oligo syrup
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pan with plenty of oil over medium heat. Add the chicken nuggets and fry them until golden brown and crispy. Ensure they are cooked through and have a nice crunchy exterior.
Step 2
While the nuggets are frying, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp oligo syrup, 1 Tbsp water, and 1 tsp minced garlic. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Crush the Brazil nuts (if using) and set aside. The nuts add a lovely nutty flavor and texture.
Step 3
Once the chicken nuggets are nicely browned, carefully drain excess oil from the pan. Pour the prepared soy sauce mixture over the nuggets. Add the crushed Brazil nuts and toss everything together to coat the nuggets evenly with the sauce.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to low and stir-fry for about 1 minute, or until the sauce thickens and coats the nuggets beautifully. Be careful not to burn the sauce. Your delicious boneless soy sauce chicken is ready to serve! It’s best enjoyed immediately while warm and crispy.
