  • 1 small cucumber
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

  • 600ml water
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 6 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

First, place the agar jelly noodles in a colander and rinse them thoroughly under running water 3-4 times. After rinsing, drain them well to remove excess water.
