  • 130g fresh bean sprouts

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, rinse the fresh bean sprouts under running water to remove any dirt or debris. Drain them well in a colander. This step ensures they are clean and will remain crisp in the ramen.

Step 2

Get a pot or a deep pan ready. Pour in 500ml of water. You can adjust this amount slightly based on the instructions on your ramen packet or your personal preference for broth consistency.

Once the water comes to a rolling boil, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. The garlic will infuse the broth with a wonderful aroma and depth of flavor.

Now, add the ramen noodles and the seasoning packet to the boiling water. Adding the seasoning at this stage helps the flavors meld together beautifully.
