- 20g Unsalted Butter
- 0.3 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sugar (or 1 Tbsp Honey)

First, gather and prepare all the ingredients listed for the recipe. Place the 20g of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it by microwaving for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until fully liquid.

Cut the bagel into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 cm thick. Arrange the cut bagel pieces in a single layer in your air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. This is crucial for achieving an even crispiness on all sides.
