Ingredients
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Mozzarella Cheese (generous amount)
  • Ketchup or Tomato Sauce (pasta sauce can be used)
  • Chicken Breast (for 2 tortillas)
  • Bacon (for 2 tortillas)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare your filling ingredients. Dice the chicken breast and bacon into bite-sized pieces (about 1cm thick). You can substitute chicken breast with ham or any other preferred ingredient. (Tip: Using cooked chicken breast like ‘Sujis’ brand can add extra tenderness and flavor!)

Step 2

Now, let’s get the tortillas ready. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of ketchup or tomato sauce over it. Then, arrange your diced chicken or bacon over the sauce. (Tip: For easier folding, place the filling only on one half of the tortilla.)

Step 3

Next, generously sprinkle a hearty amount of mozzarella cheese over the filling. The melting cheese will bind everything together and add a rich, creamy texture.

Step 4

Carefully fold the tortilla in half, creating a crescent shape. Gently press down the edges to ensure the filling stays securely inside.

Step 5

Finally, bake or pan-fry until golden brown and the cheese is perfectly melted. In an oven, bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes. In a frying pan, cook over medium-low heat, flipping once, until the tortilla is golden and crispy and the cheese is gooey. (Tip: Covering the pan with a lid while cooking helps the cheese melt more evenly!)
