Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, trim the root end of the enoki mushroom. Gently separate the mushroom strands with your hands. Place the prepared enoki mushrooms in a microwave-safe dish and cook for 3 minutes to remove some moisture. This step helps achieve a chewier texture.
