  • 5 Boiled Eggs
  • 95g Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 10 Dill Pickles
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee Butter
  • 2 Fresh Tomatoes
  • 6 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 Slices Sandwich Ham
  • 4 Slices Thin Whole Wheat Bread

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, we’ll make the filling for the sandwich. Take 5 boiled eggs, peel them, and place them in a bowl. Use a fork to mash the eggs finely until there are no large lumps. Mashing the eggs while they are still warm will make them even smoother.

Add 95g of plain Greek yogurt to the mashed eggs. Using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise results in a much healthier and cleaner taste.
