  • 4 frozen dumplings
  • Mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)

  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl, spread out a layer of warm, freshly cooked rice. Arrange the 4 frozen dumplings evenly on top of the rice. Feel free to adjust the number of dumplings according to your preference.

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap, then poke a few small holes in the wrap with a toothpick or fork. This allows steam to escape, ensuring the dumplings cook through. Microwave for 3 minutes.

Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave. Using kitchen scissors or a knife, cut the dumplings into smaller, bite-sized pieces. Add 1 tablespoon of Gochujang and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil.
