  • 500g roasted or steamed sweet potatoes
  • 80g mixed nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds)
  • 60ml milk (approx. 1/4 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise

First, prepare the sweet potatoes. Peel about 500g of roasted or steamed sweet potatoes. While still warm, mash them thoroughly using a masher or fork until smooth and lump-free. It’s important to mash them while warm, as they become harder to mash once cooled.

In a large bowl, place the mashed sweet potatoes. Add 60ml of milk. The milk will help create a creamier texture and prevent the salad from being too dry.
