Main Ingredients
- 1 King Oyster Mushroom (approx. 100g)
- 15g Unsalted Butter
- Pinch of Salt (to taste)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare one fresh King Oyster Mushroom. Wash it thoroughly under running water, then slice it into even, approximately 0.5cm thick rounds. Slicing the stem and cap to a similar thickness will ensure they cook evenly.
