Main Ingredients
- 1 1/2 paper cups minced pork
- 2 bunches spinach
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1/4 onion
- A little cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cooking wine (mirin, etc.)
- A little salt
- A little pepper
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the vegetables. Thinly slice the onion. Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut it into approximately 6cm lengths, making it easy to eat.
Step 2
Green and red chili peppers will add color. Remove the stems and slice them diagonally. You can remove the seeds according to your preference.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Step 4
Add the minced pork to the fragrant garlic oil and stir-fry. Season lightly with salt and pepper for enhanced flavor. Break up any clumps of pork and stir-fry until golden brown.
Step 5
Once the pork is almost cooked, add the prepared onion and chili peppers and stir-fry together. When the vegetables start to look slightly translucent, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking wine to enhance the flavor. Stir-fry well to ensure the sauce is evenly distributed.
Step 6
Finally, add the prepared spinach and stir-fry briefly. The key is to cook the spinach just until it wilts, as it can become mushy if overcooked. Spoon the finished pork mixture generously over warm rice and enjoy!
