- 3 Tbsp anchovy sauce or fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
