Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Today, we’re going to make ‘Chee-za Radish Pickle’, which is perfect as a side dish for lunchboxes or as a general everyday side dish. The ingredients are simple, and the process is easy, so anyone can follow along.

Step 2

First, place half a bag of Chee-za pickled radish into a clean bowl. Since the radish pickles are already seasoned, they taste delicious without any additional seasoning. Now, thinly slice the green onion (both white and green parts) to make about a handful and add it on top of the radish pickles. Drizzle in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil for a fragrant aroma and add a pinch of toasted sesame seeds for a nutty flavor. If you’d like a hint of spiciness, adding 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes would be great.

Step 3

Add all the prepared ingredients and gently mix them together – that’s it! In no time, a wonderful seasoned radish pickle is complete. It’s a magical recipe where you don’t need to taste or adjust the seasoning, as the natural flavors of the ingredients are already delicious. Serve it immediately with rice and enjoy!
