Main Ingredients- 60g cabbage, thinly shredded
- 3 fresh eggs
- 0.3 tsp salt (fine)
- 0.3 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)

First, carefully check and prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe. For the cabbage, prepare about 60g and shred it as thinly as possible for a softer texture.

Crack 3 fresh eggs into a bowl. You can use the yolks and whites together without separating them.

Add 0.3 tsp of fine salt to the beaten eggs to season. You can adjust the amount of salt to your preference.

Sprinkle about 0.3 tsp of black pepper over the mixture to add flavor. If you enjoy a stronger pepper taste, feel free to add a little more.

Add the prepared shredded cabbage to the egg mixture. Whisk gently with a fork or whisk until all ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps. Ensuring a smooth batter is key.
