  • 2 cups Fresh Milk (approx. 400ml)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Oligosaccharide for sweetness (adjust to taste)

Pour 2 cups (about 400ml) of fresh milk into the blender with the bananas. Add 1 tablespoon of honey for a touch of sweetness. If you don’t have honey, you can substitute it with 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide or 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference.

Step 4

Secure the lid on the blender and blend until the ingredients are completely smooth. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until you achieve a creamy, lump-free consistency.
