The Endless Transformations of Unripe Apples for Diet: Enjoying Unripe Apple Diet Deliciously and Healthily
Are you finding dieting more challenging as you get older? I’m determined to make this my last diet, so I’m exercising consistently and focusing on a healthy eating plan. After hiking daily, I’ve started strength training at a fitness center three days ago. While exercise is important, controlling what I eat is the biggest hurdle. Inspired by TV segments highlighting the benefits of unripe apples for weight loss, I eagerly ordered 10kg of them online with high hopes. It’s quite a large quantity, and I’ve been thinking about how to best utilize them. Today, I’ll share some simple and delicious recipes using these unripe apples.
Ingredients
- Unripe apples (Futsagwa)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash the unripe apples thoroughly for about a week’s supply: First, prepare enough unripe apples for about a week. Lightly mist the apples with water, then sprinkle baking soda evenly over them. Gently rub the apples with your hands to wash them thoroughly, ensuring they are clean and free from pesticide residues.
Step 2
Prepare the unripe apples: Select 5 unripe apples, regardless of their size. Cut them into quarters and remove the seeds and stems. Place the prepared apples in a bowl. Be aware that 5 apples can look like a substantial amount.
Step 3
Create a healthy snack with homemade yogurt and cereal: Prepare 6 tablespoons of plain homemade yogurt and 2 tablespoons of cereal. Combine these with the prepared unripe apples in a bowl and mix gently. This makes a satisfying meal replacement or a healthy snack.
Step 4
Make an unripe apple smoothie: Add 5 unripe apples, with their stems and seeds removed, to a blender. Blend until smooth to achieve a creamy smoothie texture. This creates a healthy drink that captures the refreshing tartness and crispness of unripe apples.
Step 5
Complete the unripe apple smoothie: Pour sparkling water into the blended unripe apples. Stir gently to combine the sparkling water with the apple mixture. This results in a refreshing unripe apple smoothie. For a touch of sweetness, you can add a little honey or lemon juice to taste.
Step 6
Juice the unripe apples: Cut 8 to 10 unripe apples, with stems and seeds removed, in half. Place them in a juicer to extract the juice. This process yields fresh unripe apple juice, preserving its naturally tart and sweet flavor and abundant pulp. It’s a great habit for your daily health routine.
