Ingredients
  • 200g Frozen Raspberries
  • 100ml Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare 200g of frozen raspberries. If the raspberries are frozen in large chunks, cut them into smaller pieces with a knife. Place the cut raspberries into a blender.

Step 2

Add 100ml of milk, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

After blending, gently shake the blender to check for any unblended lumps. If there are any, blend for a short additional time to achieve a perfectly smooth consistency.

Step 4

Pour the smooth raspberry mixture into popsicle molds. Fill only about 80% of each mold, as the mixture will expand when frozen. Place the filled molds upright in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid. Enjoy your delicious homemade raspberry popsicles!
