  • Organic rice flour for mid-stage 2 (65g)
  • Finely diced carrot (1mm pieces, 45g)
  • Finely diced onion (1mm pieces, 30g)
  • Soaked and finely chopped seaweed (1mm pieces, 15g)
  • Minced white fish (30g)
  • Vegetable broth (90g)
  • Water (300g)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Begin by pouring 300g of water into the inner pot of your rice cooker. Accurate water measurement is key for the right consistency.

Step 2

Add the prepared diced vegetable cubes (carrot and onion). When using a rice cooker for baby food, you can add them directly without thawing, and they will cook thoroughly.

Step 3

Next, add the minced white fish cubes. Similar to the vegetables, you can add the fish directly from frozen (without thawing) when using the rice cooker’s baby food setting.

Step 4

Stir in 65g of organic rice flour for mid-stage 2 baby food. The rice cooker’s baby food mode is designed to cook the rice flour smoothly without clumping, even if not pre-soaked.

Step 5

Pour in 90g of vegetable broth, ideal for first-stage baby food. The broth adds depth of flavor, and for rice cooker preparation, it can be added directly without thawing.

Step 6

Select the ‘Baby Food’ or ‘Porridge’ mode on your rice cooker and cook for 50 to 60 minutes. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your rice cooker model, so consulting your appliance’s guide is recommended.

Step 7

Once cooking is complete, gently stir the porridge thoroughly with a spatula before serving. This ensures that any rice flour or ingredients stuck to the bottom are evenly incorporated, creating a smooth and lump-free texture that your baby will love.
