Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare one package of fish cake (about 400g) and 8 sticks of imitation crab meat. It’s important to cut them into sizes that are easy for children to eat!

Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces, suitable for children. Dividing each sheet into about 8 pieces will make them easy to handle.

Cut the imitation crab meat sticks to a similar size as the fish cake pieces. Carefully insert a piece of imitation crab meat into the hole of a fish cake piece. Then, use a toothpick to connect two fish cake pieces with the imitation crab meat inserted, forming a skewer. This makes them look nice and easy to eat.

Evenly coat the prepared fish cake skewers with pancake mix. This helps the egg batter adhere better and ensures a crispier finish.
