Salad Ingredients
  • 1/2 apple
  • 100g cabbage
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/3 cucumber

  • 4 imitation crab sticks

Zesty Wasabi Dressing
  • 1/2 Tbsp tube wasabi
  • 4 Tbsp vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Sesame seeds, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, pat it dry, and julienne it into approximately 0.2 cm thick strips. Aim for a thickness that retains a nice crunch.

Step 2

Wash the apple, remove the core, and julienne it into strips about 0.2 cm thick, similar to the cucumber. The apple’s sweetness will add a lovely dimension to the salad.

Step 3

Peel the carrot, wash it under running water, and pat it dry. Julienne it to a similar thickness as the cucumber and onion to add vibrant color and a crisp texture.

Step 4

Gently shred the imitation crab sticks lengthwise with your fingers. Then, cut these shredded pieces into about three bite-sized segments. This makes them easy to eat and ensures you get the delicious crab flavor in every bite.
