- 1 handful Glass noodles (approx. 80-100g)
- 1 handful Bean sprouts (approx. 80-100g)
- 1 handful Chives (approx. 80-100g)
Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Water

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Soak one handful of glass noodles in lukewarm water for about 1 hour until fully softened. This will ensure the noodles are chewy yet tender and absorb the sauce well.
